Delivery & Returns

We pride ourselves on offering you a service second to none! We aim to dispatch your order quickly and efficiently.

We aim to dispatch orders paced before 2pm the same day (provided that day is a weekday) and are estimated for a 2-3 working day delivery period, however shipping times can be affected during peak times.

Our cut off time for next day delivery is 2pm (orders placed on weekends and bank holidays will be sent out on the next available working day).

All orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day subject to stock availability. All delivery services are subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 1pm Monday to Friday and orders placed over Weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day. All orders are delivered by the relevant courier Monday to Friday as long as this is a working day.

Our website is not real-time compliant so sometimes items may be out of stock! The website is updated every day so if you are not sure of the availability of an item please e-mail via the contact us page

We only ship orders to UK addresses. If we cannot supply any of your order we will notify you via e-mail. If we can only supply part of your order we will dispatch the product(s) that are available and you will be notified of this via email where we can either offer alternatives or refund the missing product(s)

If you are having problems tracing your order please e-mail us at info@jokeshop.com with your name, postal address, telephone number and your order reference number. This number can be found on the top of your invoice that is e-mailed to you when you place your order so we can investigate.

Please be aware if Royal Mail or Parcelforce has Industrial Action there will be a backlog of post and delivery can take longer. Please note that we do not accept responsibility for late delivery caused by Industrial Action. Please allow plenty of time for delivery. Please note that once an order has been dispatched it becomes the property and responsibility of either Royal Mail or Parcelforce to be delivered not the Joke Shop. All items purchased from the Joke Shop website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to our carriers, Royal Mail or Parcelforce.

If you change your mind, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped by contacting us. If you would like to return and item please contact is to begin the return process.

Please note all returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and must be sent back within 30 days. All items returned need to be sent back in their original un-damaged packaging in the same condition they

We cannot cancel or alter any orders that have already been dispatched to our shipping couriers.
